We welcome you and your friends to join us for our Light Up the Night Walk on Friday, September 26th! Together, we empower choices for life through your fundraising efforts and the sharing of stories that ignite purpose and passion for the work we do every day at Bridgehaven.
Check-in will begin at 6PM on Friday evening at the Noelridge Park ITC Pavilion. Announcements and raffle rewards will be handed out just before the start of the run/walk at 7PM.
Fundraising Information:
Our goal is to raise $30,000 through this year’s Light Up the Night fundraising efforts, which means we need your help. We encourage you to sign up and recruit a team to walk with you. Family, friends, church groups, children; all are welcome!
Fundraising Requirement (No Entry Fee):
There’s no cost to participate in the walk/run, but fundraising is required for all participants.
Kids ages 6 and up are encouraged to create their own fundraising page and raise at least $200.
All other participants are encouraged to raise $300 or more.
Raffle Prize Info:
Once you raise $200, you’ll earn 1 raffle ticket.
For every additional $100 raised beyond $200, you’ll earn 1 extra ticket.
You’ll receive your raffle tickets when you check in at the event.
You can choose which prizes to enter your tickets for.
There will be 1 grand prize and 10 smaller prizes to choose from.
Kids under 15 will have a separate raffle with their own 1 grand prize and 10 smaller prizes.
When you register, you will have the opportunity to create a fundraising page. This will make it very easy for you to communicate with potential donors asking them to come alongside you as you fundraise to help Bridgehaven reach that $30,000 goal. Via this page, you have an opportunity to share why you are passionate about Bridgehaven’s mission and all we do to uplift and affirm life in our community.
