Cards for Kids Stops Coming Your Way!

We know that you’re all about making a difference right here in eastern Iowa. Here’s your chance to help families at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital.

Everyone needs a little help, and when families are in the hospital with a child in need of care, the last thing parents are thinking about are the small things that can feel big when your focus is on your child.

“Cards for Kids” helps to alleviate some of those needs for families who need meals, gas cards, clothing, and other items for what can sometimes be an unexpected stay at the hospital.

You can purchase gift cards that will go to the families and children at the hospital through our Life 101.9 Amazon link. You can also send gift cards directly to the Life 101.9 station: 4880 Texas St, Waterloo, IA 50702.

Last year, you helped Life 101.9 raise more than $18,000 in gift cards for the families at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital, and we believe this year you can help us beat that record and make a difference in children’s lives!

We will be going to five different towns for you to stop by and say hi and donate gift cards for the children and families at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital.

Check out the Cards for Kids stops coming to a town near you. *Each stop is from 3-5 pm.*
