Victoria Reed is a lifetime resident of Cedar Falls, IA. She is currently seeking her BFA degree from the University of Northern Iowa. Reed uses a metal, wood, plaster, fiber, and more to create works which capture the forms and attitudes of animals. Ranging from birds, dogs and sheep to monumental horse forms, Reed's sculptures consistently maintain a surprisingly realistic quality despite her use of unexpected materials and varying levels of abstraction.
