With a lot of things decreasing in value during the economic downturn, it’s nice to hold on to something that you can increase it’s value.  One of those things is your house.  Spring provides some great opportunities to get out do some regular maintenance on your house.  Some of those projects might sound like things you’d need to hire someone to do, but a good amount of projects just need some motivation and proper instruction.  HGTV has put up a section on their site with just that goal in mind.
