Music Provider’s Warning

If you enjoy listening to Life 101.9 sometimes at louder volumes, please remember to pay attention to your surroundings.

It’s a Bird, It’s a Plane…

One of the worst conundrums ever is the inability to figure out what to make for dinner.  Especially when you have a cupboard and a fridge full of food, but no idea what to make with any of it.  A new website called Supercook may be able to help you.  Just enter in the ingredients you have and Supercook finds recipes you can make with those items.  I put in chicken breasts, hot sauce, garlic, butter, and noodles; Supercook told me I could make Spicy Grilled Chicken Breasts.  Sounds good.

Prevention is Easy

If you want to lost weight, you have to eat right and work out.  If you want to keep drafts out during the winter, you have seal up your windows.  Prevention takes preperation and hard work.  But not all of it.  It turns out that drinking tea can help fight against having a stroke. It doesn’t matter if it’s black or green tea.  I wish all prevention was this easy.

Going backwards

Rebekah is regressing.  For quite a few weeks now, we had reached a point where Bekah would sleep through the whole night.  Then last week, she started waking up at 6:30, then at 5:30.  Last night, Bekah woke up screaming at 3:30 in the morning, and didn’t end up fully calming down for a half hour.  Then when Amy tried to lay her down, she woke up and screamed for another half hour.  We’re not sure about the underlying cause of this recent problem.  Some of it seems to be caused to some stomach problems.  However, Amy has also been really stressed the last week, and some of our friends have said that Bekah could be not doing well due to Mom’s stress.  As a wise man once said, “If Mama ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.”
